Replay
Just because I’m at BlogHer today doesn’t mean I didn’t think of y’all this week. And that not everyone gets to go. And that you’d have trouble breathing if I didn’t post today. (ha) Replay is short this week, but I did pull a few gems for you to check out.
Insecure! Tell me you’re not insecure about something and I’ll call you a bold-faced liar! We all have our insecurities. Some of us use them to drive us to perform or excel. Others use them as an excuse to wither away. Chloie writes a reflective post about her own insecurities and finishes with a great quote we could all stand to remember! {source: Orchestrated Destiny}
Fighter! Lys writes an insightful piece on how she fights with someone she loves. It begs the question how do we express ourselves when we do not agree or when we feel frustration or anger or any other emotion. Personally, I liked her post because there is a lot of overlap with Sweets and me. But, even if you fight differently, it’ll get you thinking. {source: how lucky we are}
Finally! So, there have been quite a few bloggers in the Chicago area I’ve been dying to meet. And none of them are attending BlogHer (wah!). But, I’m finally going to meet them this weekend. Thanks to Sizzle coming to town for BlogHer, we’ve organized a little meet-up with some of our local favorites. Funny that it takes a gal from Seattle to give me an excuse to meet up with these locals. So, while I’m BlogHering away, I think you need to visit these fine folks. Seriously. They’re good people.
