Replayed

Once again, I’m without my traditional replay post. And the non-traditional replay post I had drafted for you has disappeared into thin air. WTF?! So, forgive me for not only skipping my replay post, but also for bringing you left overs of what used to be great blog fodder in my brain.

Good thing this was going to be a post all about pictures. You won’t have to dig too deep for that forgiveness.

You see, that Wii Fit Plus party I told you about on Monday? Yeah, well it was sponsored by Brand About Town and the photos are in. This is where I turn this post over to the visual evidence that was last Friday. See below photos for descriptions.

At the beginning of the night, we had a chance to meet one another. And sit on these super comfy, oversized pillows.

After a brief introduction to the Wii Fit Plus, we got to try a few yoga moves.

We refueled on some light food. Grabbed some wine. And then we had a chance to play Wii Fit Plus games. Like this one, where I'm flapping my arms trying to "fly" a chicken from one floating saucer to another.

Laughing with new and old friends. In yoga pants. With wine and video games. What a great night!

Can you tell we were a little stoked to take home our own Wii Fit Pluses?!!!!!

Thanks to our really great hostess. If it weren't for her, I would have had to wear elastic-banded pants at home, not out on the town!

And there you have it. Again, many thanks to Samantha for her connections, her kindness and her taking the lead in having a good time.

Have a great weekend and I’ll see you on the flip side!

How funny! I went to that same sponsored party here in Orlando and uh, everything looks the same! Exactly.

I am glad you had fun and that you guys got the free Wii Fits. :)

  2. Hannah Says:

Oooooh, how fun!!! And you look so beautiful! All radiant and happy and colorful. I love it. Now I kind of want to go drink wine and practice my yoga… :)

    Happy Friday!

Okay, jealous a little that you got to go to such a fun party! And take home a Wii Fit!?!?!? Do you love it? I’m kinda thinking of suggesting we buy one (we don’t have a wii either, so I’m not really sure what we’d be buying) as a Christmas gift to ourselves. . . . Sounds like loads of fun!

  4. Marie Says:

That looks like so much fun!! Now I hope someone does it here in DC and invites me. :)

  5. mandy Says:

That is incredibly fun! One of the disadvantages of a small town, we don’t have fabulous get togethers like that. I hope enjoy your new Wii Fit Plus!

  6. Nora Says:

How is that you look completely adorable, hair, outfit and all when doing yoga?

Glad you had a lovely time and hooray for a Wii Fit Plus! How cool is that!? =)

    Happy Friday!!!!

I have to admit I’m a little jealous of your Wii Fit. :-) Our family is getting a Wii for Christmas, and I had planned to get a Wii Fit half off day Thanksgiving weekend, but they ran out in minutes. Now I’ll have to hold off. Enjoy yours! :-)

  8. Rebecca Says:

I love my Wii Fit! I think you and Sweets already had one, right? Would you recommend the new Wii Fit Plus? Is it worth the upgrade?

How fun! My sister brought over her Wii Fit to my parents house a few weeks ago and they played on it for 2 hours! Since that is the most amount of exercise I have seen my parents do in years, we decided to get them one for Christmas this year.

Love the pictures! You look like you are having such a good time.

  11. Jess Says:
